About the painting:
Billy has just robbed a Securicor van. He’s running across the street with a bag of loot shooting at the securicor guard. Meanwhile the police are chasing some criminals in a high speed car chase. In the park an old musician is playing a saxophone . Uncle Sam has become homeless, a sign of the times. The city is crime ridden and ruined. There is not much hope left!
